Indiana Wesleyan University continued the tradition of Student Government Association presidential elections this year, with candidates Becca Noveroske and Michelle King running for the presidency.
Elections were held yesterday, February 25, and Noveroskereceived the position of Student Body President for the year 2015-2016.
Noveroske has been involved in SGA for two years and is active in other student organizations on campus. She is a junior this year studying Business Administration and International Relations. Her mission as president next year states, “We are committed to student engagement in all areas of campus life. We will seek to integrate the major campus departments–academics, chapel, residence life–with a vision that will not only unify us as a campus, but will extend into the Marion community and the world.”
